Cin7 is seeking an Account Manager (Payments) to drive customer engagement and support small to mid-sized clients in adopting their inventory and payments platforms. This role requires a customer-focused mindset and experience in SaaS account management.

Your role will involve identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to the overall growth of the company. You will also be expected to track customer engagement metrics and report on the success of your initiatives, ensuring that you are meeting both customer and company goals.
