What you'll do

As the Director of International Operations at Vanta, you will build and lead a team of revenue operations professionals dedicated to supporting the international go-to-market organization. You will own the operating rhythm for the EMEA and APAC revenue teams, which includes managing forecasting, pipeline inspection, and territory management. Your role will involve conducting quarterly business reviews and ensuring that operational processes are aligned with the company's growth objectives.

You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, account management, and partner teams to drive operational efficiency and revenue predictability. Your insights will help shape the strategies that enable Vanta to expand its presence in international markets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices that enhance the effectiveness of the revenue operations function.

In this role, you will also play a key part in cross-functional collaboration, working with various departments to ensure that operational processes are streamlined and effective. You will analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, making recommendations that support the company's strategic goals.
