BitGo is seeking a Sales Director to lead their Fintech Sales team, focusing on high-value institutional relationships. This role requires expertise in consultative sales within the fintech sector and offers a competitive compensation package including $300k OTE plus equity.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the fintech and financial services sectors, with a strong ability to manage complex, high-value institutional relationships. Your experience includes owning the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing, onboarding, and expanding client relationships. You thrive in consultative sales environments and are adept at navigating the unique challenges of fintech clients. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, driving new logo acquisition and revenue growth effectively. You are results-oriented and have a passion for driving revenue in high-growth environments, making you an ideal fit for this senior individual contributor role.
Experience in digital asset solutions or cryptocurrency markets would be a significant advantage, as would familiarity with the operational aspects of financial services.
