Celonis is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Director for the Public Sector & Defense to manage key relationships and drive growth. You'll leverage a consultative sales approach to support transformation initiatives in France's public sector. This role requires strong strategic account management skills.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the public sector and defense industries. With at least 5 years of experience, you excel in managing strategic relationships and understand the complexities of public spending optimization. Your consultative sales approach allows you to build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and senior public leaders.
You are adept at identifying new business opportunities and have a strong understanding of the public sector's unique challenges and needs. Your ability to engage with various government entities, such as central ministries and local authorities, sets you apart as a leader in this space. You thrive in environments where you can contribute to defining go-to-market strategies and shaping scalable growth engines.
Experience in SaaS sales is a plus, as is familiarity with process intelligence technology. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and can effectively communicate the value of innovative solutions to diverse audiences. Your strategic mindset and ability to think critically about customer needs will help you succeed in this role.
In this role, you will manage and grow a focused portfolio of strategic accounts across the public sector, including defense-related organizations. You will act as a builder, contributing to the definition of the go-to-market strategy and identifying new opportunities for growth. Your responsibilities will include engaging with C-level executives and senior public leaders to represent Celonis' full portfolio of solutions.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting your customers' transformation and modernization initiatives, ensuring they optimize their public spending. Your consultative approach will help you build long-term partnerships that drive mutual success. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to align on strategy and execution, ensuring that customer needs are met effectively.
