Overview

Braze is seeking a Sales Director to lead a team of Scale Account Executives for their Customer Journey Orchestration platform. This role requires a passion for effective brand communication and experience in high-growth sales leadership.

You have at least 3 years of successful experience leading and developing a team of Midmarket / Scale sellers in a high-growth environment. What you'll do

In this SaaS Midmarket / Scale sales leadership role, you will manage a team of Scale Account Executives for Braze’s market-leading Customer Journey Orchestration platform. You will be responsible for helping brands communicate more effectively with their customers and expanding our highly successful customer base. You will lead your team to achieve sales targets while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Your role will involve strategizing on sales approaches, mentoring team members, and driving initiatives that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. You will also work closely with other departments to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
