Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Manager of Sterile Operations to oversee sterile compounding and ensure compliance with health regulations. This role requires expertise in sterile operations and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
You have extensive experience in sterile operations, particularly in compounding, and are well-versed in the regulations surrounding USP 797 and USP 800. Your background includes managing teams and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards in a cleanroom environment. You are a subject matter expert in sterile compounding and have a proven track record of maintaining high standards of aseptic technique. You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to train and supervise compounding personnel effectively. You understand the importance of personalized care and are committed to delivering safe and effective sterile preparations.
Experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting is a plus, as is familiarity with state and federal laws regarding sterile compounding. You may also have certifications related to sterile compounding or cleanroom management, which would enhance your candidacy for this role.
As the Senior Manager of Sterile Operations, you will oversee the operations within the Modular Cleanroom Suite, ensuring that all compounding activities adhere to strict compliance standards. You will serve as one of the Designated Persons for USP 797 and USP 800, maintaining and enforcing proper aseptic techniques and cleanroom standards. Your role will involve providing training and supervision to compounding personnel, including direct oversight of shift managers and indirect supervision of a larger team. You will be responsible for implementing best practices in sterile compounding and ensuring that all preparations are safe and effective. Collaboration with other departments will be essential to ensure that the operations align with the company's mission of providing accessible and personalized healthcare.
