Job Description

We’re looking for a senior Product Leader to define and drive affordability across International Emerging Stores (IES), with primary focus on Mexico and influence across Brazil, India, and MENA. This role will set the vision, roadmap, and P&L strategy for affordability solutions, including Interest-Free Installments (IFI) and BNPL, ensuring affordability becomes a core growth lever in emerging markets. This role will lead a team of product managers in delivering affordability.




Key job responsibilities
* Define and own the affordability vision and multi-year roadmap for IES
* Partner with central teams (Pricing, BuyX, Seller Services) to make installments a core price lever
* Drive disruptive UX innovations to make affordability visible and intuitive in the shopping journey
* Ensure portfolio cost neutrality, building capabilities toward long-term profitability
* Expand coverage and customer adoption of IFI and BNPL, enhancing seller/vendor value propositions
* Influence across multiple orgs (Payments, Finance, Tech, Risk, Stores) without direct authority
* Incorporate emerging market context (Mexico, Brazil, India, MENA) into product strategy- 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 6+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- * Experience scaling financial products in emerging markets
- * Strong understanding of BNPL, installments, and credit risk
- * Proven P&L ownership and analytical rigor
- * Track record of influencing cross-functional and cross-geography stakeholders- Spanish or Portuguese fluency
