Overview

Aircall is seeking a BDR Manager for the DACH market to lead and elevate the BDR team. You'll drive motivation and sharpen skills while collaborating closely with the DACH Managing Director. This role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You have a proven track record in business development and leadership, ideally with experience in managing teams within the DACH market. Your ability to motivate and elevate team performance is complemented by your hands-on approach to leadership. You understand the importance of collaboration and take ownership of your team's success, ensuring that high standards are set and met.

You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to act as a trusted partner to the DACH Managing Director and the entire team. Your energetic and approachable demeanor fosters a positive team culture, encouraging open dialogue and collaboration. You are results-driven and understand the nuances of the customer communications landscape, particularly in the DACH region.

Desirable

Experience in the AI or customer communications sector would be a plus, as would familiarity with sales methodologies and performance metrics. A background in technology sales or a related field can enhance your effectiveness in this role, enabling you to better understand the products and services Aircall offers.

What you'll do

As the BDR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the DACH team. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and develop the Business Development Representatives, ensuring they are motivated and equipped with the skills necessary to excel in their roles. You will implement training programs and performance metrics that drive accountability and success, fostering a culture of high achievement.

You will work closely with the DACH Managing Director to align team goals with broader company objectives, ensuring that the BDR team contributes effectively to revenue growth. Your leadership will involve regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback, support, and guidance, helping them navigate challenges and celebrate successes.

In addition to team management, you will analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will also collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure that the BDRs have the resources they need to succeed and that their efforts align with overall company messaging and goals.
