DataCamp is seeking a BDR & SDR Manager to lead a team focused on driving outbound and inbound pipeline generation. This role requires strong sales experience and a hands-on approach to strategy execution.
You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in leading teams of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs). With your strong experience in both outbound and inbound sales, you understand the nuances of crafting compelling outreach strategies that resonate with potential clients. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, rapidly testing and iterating on new outreach campaigns to drive pipeline growth. Creativity is one of your strengths, as you bring fresh ideas for demand generation campaigns, working closely with your team to test and scale effective outbound and inbound motions. You are execution-driven, not just setting the strategy but also getting involved in the trenches, carrying a small individual quota to stay close to the work. Your leadership style is collaborative, fostering an inclusive environment where diverse experiences and perspectives are valued.
As the BDR & SDR Manager at DataCamp, you will be responsible for driving both outbound and inbound pipeline generation. You will lead a team of six SDRs and BDRs, with the potential to grow as the company scales. Your role will involve setting the strategy for outreach campaigns while also actively participating in execution. You will coach your team on best practices for outreach and help them develop their skills to succeed in their roles. You will analyze the effectiveness of various outreach strategies and iterate on them to improve results continuously. Collaboration with other departments will be key, as you will work closely with marketing to align on messaging and campaigns. You will also be responsible for reporting on pipeline metrics and providing insights to the leadership team on performance and areas for improvement. Your hands-on approach will ensure that you remain connected to the day-to-day operations of your team, allowing you to provide real-time feedback and support.
