What you'll do

As an Intern in Talent Acquisition at Tide, you will assist the talent team in various recruitment activities. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through different channels, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. You will also have the opportunity to participate in candidate interviews, gaining firsthand experience in evaluating potential hires. Additionally, you will help maintain and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring that all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date. Your role will involve collaborating with team members to refine job descriptions and improve the overall recruitment process. You will be encouraged to share your ideas on how to enhance the candidate experience and contribute to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
