Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in software development across various programming languages. Your background includes at least 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and you have a solid understanding of software design and architecture. You are well-versed in machine learning infrastructure, having spent 3 years working with model deployment, evaluation, and data processing. Your expertise extends to areas such as speech/audio technology, reinforcement learning, and other related ML fields. You have experience with C++ and cloud technologies, and you are familiar with AI infrastructure software and storage systems. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and thrive in collaborative environments, often leading technical initiatives across cross-functional teams.

What you'll do
