Samsara is seeking a Mid Market Account Executive to drive sales of their IoT solutions to mid-sized customers. You'll engage with executives and manage complex sales processes. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, and are comfortable engaging with mid-sized customers. Your experience includes managing complex sales cycles, negotiating pricing, and conducting product trials. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving sales targets. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively present solutions to executives and CXOs. You are adaptable and can travel as needed, approximately 25% of the time, to meet clients and close deals. You are excited about the potential of the Internet of Things and how it can transform physical operations for businesses.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with mid-sized customers, showcasing the benefits of Samsara's IoT solutions. You will conduct product demonstrations and manage proof of concept trials to illustrate the value of our offerings. Your role will involve negotiating contracts and pricing with multiple stakeholders, ensuring that you meet the unique needs of each client. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to implementation. You will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Samsara's solutions in the market. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
