Dropbox is hiring a Staff Product Manager for DocSend to lead product strategy and build new features. You'll work closely with a dedicated engineering team and leverage strong data analytics skills. This role requires experience in B2B SaaS product management.
You have 5+ years of experience owning a B2B SaaS product from end-to-end — you've navigated the complexities of product management and understand the nuances of delivering value to users. Your ability to influence without authority has made you a cultural leader within high-performing product organizations, and you enjoy mentoring other Product Managers to elevate the team's performance.
Your strong data analytics skills allow you to independently query for data, analyze it, and generate insights that inform product direction — you thrive on using data to drive decision-making and understand customer needs. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can balance foundational improvements with delivering impactful features.
As the Staff Product Manager for DocSend, you will define and evangelize the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap — your role will involve balancing the roadmap between foundational improvements and delivering features that ensure maximum value for users. You will become an expert in understanding the needs of each customer segment through primary research and data insights, which will guide your product decisions.
You will own complex, multi-quarter initiatives end-to-end, from defining product specs and success metrics to driving cross-business execution — your ability to navigate challenges during execution will be crucial to delivering on your initiatives. You will work closely with a dedicated engineering squad, collaborating to build new features that expand DocSend’s total addressable market.
Your responsibilities will also include driving business results by clearly identifying problems, developing solutions, and estimating the impact of delivering them — you will share insights and learnings throughout the organization to foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will have the flexibility to look across the entire business, identifying new customer segments and building the product and go-to-market capabilities to reach them.
At Dropbox, we value innovation and collaboration, and we offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your expertise and contributions. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and development. Join us in shaping the future of document management with DocSend, where your work will have a direct impact on our users' success.
