Human Interest is seeking a Partner Account Manager to develop and amplify referral relationships with tech and human capital management partners. This role requires a proactive sales professional with strong organizational skills to drive growth across small and medium businesses in the United States.
You are a forward-thinking and meticulously organized sales professional with a strong track record in account management. With experience in building and developing key partnerships, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are self-motivated to achieve results. You understand the importance of engaging with partners to create growth opportunities and are adept at exercising discretion and judgment to find innovative solutions. Your proactive approach allows you to accelerate partner relationships effectively, ensuring that you can reach more small and medium businesses across the United States.
Experience in the fintech industry or a similar field is a plus, as is familiarity with retirement benefits and financial services. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with partners and stakeholders. A background in sales or business development will help you excel in this role, as you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships.
In your role as Partner Account Manager, you will develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with tech partners and human capital management partners. You will engage with key accounts to identify growth opportunities and ensure that Human Interest can provide accessible retirement benefits to more employees. Your responsibilities will include managing partner relationships, conducting outreach to potential partners, and collaborating with internal teams to align on partnership strategies. You will also track and report on partnership performance, using data to inform your approach and drive continuous improvement.
