Experience in e-commerce or digital advertising is a plus, as is familiarity with sales operations and campaign management. You may have worked with offshore resources and understand how to manage and scale operations effectively. A background in analytics or insights can also enhance your ability to drive results in this role.
As a Senior Associate on the Ads Platform Strategy & Operations team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of sales and campaign lifecycles. You will develop and implement processes that allow the business to scale during a period of hypergrowth. Your work will involve improving how Ads & Promos campaigns are executed across various teams, including Sales, Insights, and Ad Operations. You will leverage generative AI to revolutionize the way campaigns are sold, built, and optimized, which will be instrumental in driving scalability and shaping the future of the Ads Platform.
You will also be responsible for implementing and managing sales and operations processes, utilizing offshore resources and automation tools to streamline end-to-end workflows. Partnering with sales teams and merchants, you will identify key resources and develop go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption. Additionally, you will scope and build the tooling and efficiency roadmap, ensuring that both internal and external resources are effectively utilized to meet business objectives.
