Instructure is seeking a Solutions Engineer to guide prospective customers through the evaluation of their Learning Platform. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to develop creative solutions for unique use cases.
You are an experienced education technologist with a passion for helping others succeed. You possess strong communication skills and can articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Your experience in pre-sales processes has equipped you with the ability to identify deployment and technical issues, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with sales teams and customers alike. Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish and English, are essential for this role, as you will engage with a diverse customer base across Europe. You are willing to travel up to 60% of the time to meet with clients and support their needs.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology is a plus. Familiarity with Instructure's products, such as Canvas LMS, Canvas Studio, and Canvas Catalog, will give you an edge in understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. A background in sales engineering or technical sales will also be beneficial as you navigate the sales cycle and establish strong relationships with clients.
As a Solutions Engineer at Instructure, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process by acting as a technical advisor and product advocate. You will guide prospective customers through the evaluation of Instructure's Learning Platform, ensuring they understand the value and capabilities of the products. Your primary responsibility will be to develop creative solutions that address unique use cases and deployment challenges faced by customers. You will collaborate closely with Regional Directors and sales representatives to ensure a seamless experience for clients throughout the sales cycle.
You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of Instructure's offerings. By understanding customer needs and pain points, you will tailor your approach to provide the best possible solutions. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients will be crucial as you work to establish trust and credibility.
In addition to supporting the sales team, you will also contribute to the continuous improvement of Instructure's products by providing feedback based on customer interactions. Your insights will help shape future product developments and enhancements, ensuring that Instructure remains at the forefront of educational technology.
