Axon is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead sales efforts in the Retail sector. You'll be responsible for building relationships with Fortune 500 accounts and driving commercial partnerships. You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, and possess the ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships. Your experience includes navigating large integrators and Fortune 500 accounts, which is essential for success in this role. You are a creative thinker who can articulate complex solutions and drive real change within your team and the organization. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by a mission that matters. Experience in the retail sector or with commercial partnerships is a plus. Familiarity with technical product information and the ability to provide demonstrations and training will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
As a Senior Account Executive at Axon, you will be a key leader within the Enterprise team, focusing on building a startup-like environment within the company. You will be responsible for selling Axon's products and services directly and indirectly to early customers in the retail sector. Your role will involve developing repeatable sales motions and successful partnerships, which are critical to the Enterprise effort at Axon. You will work closely with the General Manager of Enterprise to design and implement the go-to-market strategy and team structure. This position is quota-carrying, requiring you to meet sales targets while fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
You will provide technical and administrative product information, conduct product demonstrations, and offer training to clients. Your ability to think creatively and navigate complex sales processes will be essential as you drive the success of Axon's initiatives in the retail space. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for your sales efforts, contributing to the overall mission of protecting life through innovative solutions.
