Five9 is seeking a Field Marketing & Channel Marketing Manager to develop and execute regional marketing programs for DACH, Benelux, and Nordics. You'll focus on brand awareness, demand generation, and partner engagement, utilizing skills in marketing operations and digital marketing.

Who you are

You have a strong background in marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in field marketing or channel marketing. You understand the nuances of regional marketing strategies and have a proven track record of executing successful campaigns that drive brand awareness and demand generation. Your ability to collaborate with sales and partner teams is exceptional, and you thrive in a team-first culture that values diversity and inclusion. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance. You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Desirable

Experience in the cloud software industry is a plus, as is familiarity with the DACH, Benelux, and Nordics markets. You have a knack for event management and can create high-impact events that resonate with target audiences. Your skills in digital marketing tools and account-based marketing (ABM) will set you apart, allowing you to localize global campaigns effectively.

What you'll do

As the Field Marketing & Channel Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing plan for the DACH, Benelux, and Nordics regions. This involves strategic planning aligned with sales goals and regional priorities. You will execute targeted, account-based campaigns that generate qualified leads and enhance brand visibility. Managing Five9’s participation in industry events, customer roundtables, and executive programs will be a key part of your role, from concept development to ROI analysis. You will also localize global campaigns and content to ensure they resonate with regional audiences, driving engagement and conversion.

You will collaborate closely with regional sales and partner teams to support pipeline creation and revenue growth. Your role will require you to analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize impact. You will be a pivotal player in fostering partner engagement through co-marketing activities and ensuring that all marketing efforts align with Five9’s overall business objectives.
