Tecovas is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to enhance customer experience and manage store operations. You'll support team development and ensure a compelling in-store environment. This role requires strong leadership and customer service skills.

Who you are

You have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You understand the importance of cultivating genuine connections with customers and can demonstrate extraordinary service that reflects the company's values. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to fostering a positive service atmosphere while developing your team. You have experience in omni-channel retail and can implement processes that enhance customer service.

You are a natural leader who supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent. You believe in creating a culture of strong communication and teamwork, ensuring that operational, visual, and customer priorities are seamlessly balanced. You provide real-time feedback, coaching, and training to team members, helping them grow in their roles and addressing any issues that arise.

You are dedicated to delivering world-class training to new team members, ensuring they complete their training paths in a timely manner. You regularly check in with the Tecovas HQ Retail Training team to monitor team progress and suggest improvements to training processes. You are proactive in your approach and are always looking for ways to enhance the overall store experience for both customers and team members.

Desirable

Experience in a similar retail environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the western wear industry. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always striving to improve your skills and the skills of those around you.

What you'll do

As an Assistant Store Manager at Tecovas, you will play a crucial role in creating an incredible customer experience for first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts. You will support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, from managing product flow to ensuring that customer service standards are met. You will cultivate an environment where team members feel empowered to connect with customers and provide exceptional service.

You will assist in the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring they are well-prepared to represent the Tecovas brand. You will provide ongoing coaching and feedback to your team, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers. You will work closely with the Store Manager to implement strategies that drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a visually appealing store environment that reflects the Tecovas brand. This includes overseeing merchandising and ensuring that products are displayed effectively to attract customers. You will collaborate with your team to create a positive and energized atmosphere that encourages customer engagement and loyalty.
