Hiya is seeking a Field and Events Marketing Manager to lead the execution of virtual and in-person events, manage metrics, and collaborate with sales and product marketing teams. This role requires strong organizational skills and a passion for event planning.
You have a proven track record in event marketing, with experience in planning and executing both virtual and in-person events that align with business goals. In this role, you will be responsible for building out and executing Hiya's virtual and in-person events, including branded roadshows. You will develop strategies to enhance event engagement and drive attendance, ensuring that each event meets its objectives. You will manage the entire event lifecycle, from initial planning through execution and post-event analysis. Collaborating with the sales and product marketing teams, you will align event strategies with broader marketing goals and revenue targets. You will also be tasked with measuring and reporting on event performance, using data to inform future strategies. Your role will require you to coordinate with various stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the process.
