You are comfortable traveling to customer sites and providing remote support, ensuring that each deployment is stable, secure, and ready for production.

You possess expertise in configuring hardware and virtualization platforms, and you are adept at installing Windows components and NICE applications. Your familiarity with networking and telephony systems allows you to integrate seamlessly with customer networks and PBX/CTI environments. You understand the importance of thorough documentation and knowledge sharing, which sets support teams up for long-term success.

You are a proactive communicator who can clearly articulate technical concepts to customers and project managers — your ability to troubleshoot and escalate issues effectively ensures that projects are completed successfully. What you'll do

As a Senior Professional Services Engineer at NICE, you will be the primary technical resource responsible for the successful installation of customer solutions. You will travel to remote sites for installations, commissioning, upgrades, and go-live cut-overs, ensuring that each deployment meets the highest standards of quality and security.
