Samsara is seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead their Select Enterprise Sales teams in Canada. You'll be responsible for driving sales and managing teams that sell transformative IoT technology. This role requires a proven track record of sales success and leadership experience.

You have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of over-achievement in your previous roles — you understand the nuances of selling into enterprise organizations and have experience managing teams that excel in this environment. Your passion for technology, particularly in the realm of IoT, drives you to introduce innovative solutions to the market. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and can effectively communicate the value of transformative technologies to various stakeholders.

You possess excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and team members alike — your ability to inspire and motivate your team is key to your success. You thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-discipline and the ability to manage your time effectively. Your experience in the physical operations sector, such as agriculture, construction, or transportation, gives you a unique perspective on the challenges faced by these industries.
