You are an experienced Development Chef with a strong background in culinary innovation and product development. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the New Product Development (NPD) process, ensuring that all new products are not only innovative but also commercially viable and scalable. You will utilize your culinary skills to interpret the latest food trends, creating exciting product concepts that resonate with customers. Your responsibilities will include cooking and creating product samples for key stakeholders, engaging them in the development process to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints. You will liaise with various teams, including procurement and production, to guide the recipe scale-up process, ensuring that every product meets quality standards. Additionally, you will capture all relevant product data, including cooking methods and raw material specifications, to maintain accuracy in our internal systems. Your role will also involve anticipating food trends and adjusting product offerings accordingly, ensuring that Youfoodz remains at the forefront of the market.
