Rubrik is hiring a Public Sector Account Executive to drive bookings growth in the UK. You'll focus on acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. This role requires strong sales skills and a proactive approach to pipeline management.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the public sector, and understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with it. You are a relentless self-starter who thrives on acquiring new logos and developing new opportunities. Your ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively is complemented by your experience in executing account strategies that lead to successful outcomes. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers and Channel Partners, to exceed sales quotas. You possess excellent communication skills that enable you to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
As a Public Sector Account Executive at Rubrik, you will take ownership of all elements of bookings growth in new and existing accounts across the UK region. You will define and execute sales plans for your assigned territory, ensuring that you meet and exceed your quota through diligent prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities. Your role will involve developing and managing a robust sales pipeline, moving a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process. You will identify and close new opportunities for growth while working closely with a mix of Public Sector accounts. Presenting Rubrik's solutions within complex data center designs will be a key part of your responsibilities, requiring you to articulate the value of our offerings effectively.
