TripActions is seeking a Manager for Mid-Market Account Management to lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers. You'll focus on driving revenue and client satisfaction while optimizing product usage. This role requires strong leadership and coaching skills.
You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in the mid-market segment. Your leadership style is characterized by your ability to inspire and motivate a team, ensuring they are aligned with the company's mission and goals. You possess a mindset of extreme ownership and accountability, which drives you to exceed revenue targets and foster a culture of excellence within your team.

In this role, you will meet or exceed revenue goals by leading a team of Mid-Market Account Managers. You will be hands-on, engaging with clients to understand their needs and ensuring they maximize the value they receive from the Navan platform. Your expertise in the product and industry will enable you to drive usage and cross-sell adjacent products effectively.
You will identify, attract, and retain top talent, building a team of exceptional Account Managers who are aligned with the company's mission. Your coaching and development efforts will help your team grow professionally, ensuring they are equipped to handle the full account lifecycle, including launch, onboarding, adoption, renewal, and cross-selling.
You will collaborate with various internal teams to optimize client experiences and drive satisfaction. Your role will involve frequent client interactions, allowing you to gather insights and feedback that can inform product improvements and service enhancements.
