OneSpan is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of their Digital Agreements platform. You'll drive product strategy and innovation while leveraging AI and data-driven insights. This role requires extensive experience in product lifecycle management.
You are a seasoned product manager with over 5 years of experience in leading product teams and launching large-scale products. You have a proven track record of building and developing high-performing product teams, and you thrive in environments that require strategic thinking and practical leadership. Your expertise in product lifecycle management allows you to navigate from problem discovery to delivery, ensuring continuous iteration and improvement.
You possess strong organizational and analytical skills, enabling you to define and drive OKRs focused on outcomes rather than just deliverables. Your ability to inspire and align teams is complemented by your experience in partnering effectively with cross-functional leaders and customers. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and have proficiency in a language other than French, which is essential for collaborating with stakeholders outside of Québec.
Experience with AI-driven products or digital identity solutions would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools is also desirable, as is a background in anti-fraud solutions or secure digital agreements.
In this role, you will lead the product strategy for OneSpan's Digital Agreements platform, defining the vision and roadmap that will shape the future of secure digital agreements. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and executive teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our clients and partners. Your leadership will guide the team in creating innovative solutions that leverage automation and AI to enhance user experiences.
You will be responsible for conducting user research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions, ensuring that our offerings remain at the forefront of the industry. You will also define success metrics and track performance, using data to drive continuous improvement and inform future product iterations.
Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to align on product goals and updates, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration. You will mentor and develop team members, helping them grow in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the product team.
