What you'll do

As a Closing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in finalizing HELOC loans, ensuring that all loan packages are prepared and sent accurately. You will collaborate with both licensed and non-licensed team members to streamline the closing process and enhance operational efficiency. Your attention to detail will help minimize errors and improve customer satisfaction. You will also participate in team meetings to discuss best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Home Lending Operations team.
