Sr. Director, Enterprise - Public Sector

You have over 10 years of experience in enterprise or public sector sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving double-digit growth. Your background includes leading teams that serve government or public sector clients, and you excel at building trusted advisor relationships with senior government officials and IT decision-makers. You are skilled in developing and executing growth strategies that align with both global priorities and local government agendas.

You are a natural leader who enjoys mentoring and scaling high-performing teams. You have a strong understanding of the public sector landscape, including compliance, security, and data sovereignty standards critical to government success. Your collaborative approach allows you to work effectively with partner ecosystems, system integrators, and cloud providers to develop co-sell motions and joint initiatives.

You are data-driven and have a strong focus on performance management, ensuring forecast accuracy and resource planning. You foster a culture of customer obsession, collaboration, and accountability within your team, reflecting the core values of your organization. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Public Sector business across the ANZ region. You will define the go-to-market strategy and drive growth initiatives across federal, state, and local government agencies, as well as in the education and research sectors. You will build and mentor a team of experienced Account Executives and Solution Strategists dedicated to the public sector mission.

You will establish trusted advisor relationships with senior government officials and policy makers, influencing long-term outcomes and ensuring alignment with local government agendas. Your role will involve collaborating closely with partner ecosystems and system integrators to develop co-sell motions and joint initiatives that accelerate data-driven transformation.

You will champion compliance, security, and data sovereignty standards critical to government success, ensuring that your team adheres to these standards in all initiatives. You will drive forecast accuracy and resource planning through disciplined execution and performance management, ensuring that your team meets its growth targets.

You will foster a culture that reflects your organization's core values, promoting customer obsession, data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and accountability. You will work closely with the Regional Vice President, ANZ, to align your strategies with global priorities and local government agendas, ensuring that your team is well-positioned for success.
