You have a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle meets high standards of quality. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs, demonstrating your commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English.

What you'll do

As an Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing light bodywork on vehicles, which includes prepping, sanding, and buffing. You will remove and install bumpers, conduct minor plastic welding, and carry out small area bodywork, including Bondo repair. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that every vehicle is ready for delivery. You will also have the opportunity to participate in training programs that will help you develop your skills and advance your career within the company.
