Social Content Development and Production Manager- Korea

We are looking for a digital content producer to join us as the Social CD&P (Content Development and Production) Manager, who possesses a strong background in the digital content production industry and a genuine passion for content and entertainment.

As part of the social marketing team, this role focuses on creating exclusive content to maximize social conversation for Netflix titles and business initiatives, including talent shoots, repeatable YouTube shows, brand sizzles, event shoots, social live streams, etc. 

The ideal candidate possesses a clear understanding of social platform trends and audience interests. This individual must take ownership of the end-to-end production process, from small-scale social content to large-scale brand videos, delivering high-quality results driven by a unique creative perspective. Also, while having excellent creative capabilities, the ability of effective team collaboration is equally essential.

Responsibilities

• Leading creation and production of exclusive content for Netflix Korea social channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X) in partnership with the external production agencies.  

• Oversee and maintain a high quality of all bespoke social content packages (e.g., talent shoot, brand video, company event capture, social live, etc.) 

• Collaborate closely with the Marcomm teams (Title, Social, Publicity, etc.) to develop the bespoke social content strategy for title and brand campaigns, creating impactful content packages that resonate with wider audiences. 

• Develop and optimize agency workflows to enhance the creative quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a content producer, with proven ability to lead projects of varying scales from conception to final delivery.

• Demonstrated success in digital and social content creation, with a portfolio of  successful cases that achieved wide audience reach.

• Having a deep understanding of social platforms and the most effective content formats for each.

• Proficient in utilizing content creation tools.

• A true content enthusiast with deep passion and knowledge about entertainment. You're a content superfan eager to ignite excitement among members worldwide!

• A highly collaborative team player, capable of effective engagement with various internal teams across Netflix.

• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Thrives in a fast-paced culture with a high tolerance for change and the ability to accomplish substantial amounts of work within tight timelines.

• Respect and understanding of Netflix culture.

• Working proficiency in English.
