You are a driven and analytical individual with a passion for working in a start-up environment. You have experience in B2B sales and account management, particularly with medium to large customers. You thrive in ambiguous situations and are comfortable navigating the complexities of a new business landscape. Your ability to develop relationships across a diverse customer base is key to your success, and you have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding program goals and revenue targets. In this role, you will own the strategy and commercial growth of your assigned customers, driving revenue, adoption, and market segment share for Amazon's products. You will earn the trust of customers by recommending product solutions that fit their business needs, consistently meeting and exceeding targets for customer revenue and feature adoption. You will measure performance, conduct root-cause analysis, and identify specific areas for improvement. Additionally, you will relay market segment needs and requirements back to internal teams at Amazon, ensuring that customer feedback is integrated into product development. Your role will also involve analyzing current purchasing processes and evaluating opportunities for solutions that enhance user experiences, reduce costs, and accelerate organizational performance. You will advise customers on best practices for using Amazon's products, driving and accelerating spend adoption.
