WeTravel is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a new sales team in Chicago. You'll be responsible for coaching and mentoring a high-performing team focused on wellness travel businesses, utilizing systems like HubSpot and Salesforce. This role requires strong leadership skills and a people-first approach.
You are a motivated and people-first Sales Manager with a proven track record in leading sales teams. You have experience in interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring sales representatives, ensuring they reach their full potential. In this role, you will lead a new sales team in the Chicago office, spending approximately 80% of your time coaching representatives, joining demos, and reviewing performance metrics. You will handle full sales cycles and contribute to top-of-funnel activities as needed. Your consultative sales approach will be key in selling to small and medium-sized wellness travel businesses. You will utilize systems like HubSpot and Salesforce to stay organized and optimize team performance. You will also be responsible for conducting pipeline and performance reviews, ensuring that your team is aligned with the company's mission and goals.
