HubSpot is seeking a Partner Acquisition Specialist - French Speaking to identify and recruit high-value partners for their Solutions Partner Program. You'll leverage consultative selling skills and HubSpot's CRM tools to drive partner acquisition. This role requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and expertise in HubSpot's software.
You have experience in partner acquisition and a strong understanding of consultative selling techniques — you've successfully identified and recruited partners in previous roles, demonstrating your ability to build relationships and drive business growth. Your fluency in French allows you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of partners, enhancing your ability to connect and engage with them. You are familiar with using CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, to manage your pipeline and track your progress. You possess a strategic mindset, capable of dissecting a partner's business goals and identifying how HubSpot can help them achieve growth. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales and partnerships teams to align on strategies and share insights. You are passionate about helping businesses improve their client acquisition and retention rates through effective solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating a quality pipeline of potential partner acquisitions using HubSpot’s CRM and AI prospecting tools. You will identify, recruit, and develop prospective high-value partners for the HubSpot Solutions Partner Program. Your responsibilities will include guiding prospective partners through the sales process, helping them understand the value of HubSpot's software and the loop marketing methodology. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the Head of Acquisition & Growth and regional sales leads, to support the acquisition process. You will also analyze partners' business pain points and help them develop better plans for achieving growth. Your role will involve presenting how HubSpot's software can enhance their business fundamentals, ensuring they see the benefits of joining the Partner Program. You will bring your ideas and strategies to advance HubSpot’s values and contribute to the overall success of the team.
