Koalafi is hiring a Territory Manager for Louisiana to drive new business development and manage relationships with retail customers. You'll utilize Salesforce to maintain customer interactions and achieve sales goals. This role requires experience in sales and customer relationship management.
You have a proven track record in sales and business development, particularly within the retail sector. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with clients is exceptional, and you thrive in a role that requires travel and face-to-face interactions. You are results-driven and have experience meeting or exceeding sales budgets and strategic goals. You are comfortable using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and track your progress. You possess strong communication skills that enable you to deliver effective sales presentations and training to retail partners. You are adaptable and can develop and implement strategic prospecting plans to identify new business opportunities.
Experience in the lease-to-own financing sector or a similar financial service industry would be a plus. Familiarity with small to medium-sized retail operations can enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in customer service or account management can also be beneficial.
As a Territory Manager at Koalafi, you will be responsible for prospecting new business within Louisiana, focusing on small to medium-sized retailers as well as national accounts. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve budgeted sales goals and meet company objectives. Your role will involve acting as the primary liaison with retail customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships. You will deliver sales and training presentations to retail accounts, helping them understand the benefits of our financing solutions. Regular travel throughout your assigned territory will be required, and you will utilize Salesforce to maintain a touch plan for your retail customers and their key stakeholders. You will prepare various business reports and submit regular expense reports, ensuring transparency and accountability in your operations. Additionally, you will investigate and resolve customer problems, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
