Mindtickle is seeking an Account Executive for their Commercial Sales team in Bengaluru. You'll be responsible for promoting and selling sales enablement solutions, focusing on subscription licenses and professional services. You have a strong background in B2B sales, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You understand the nuances of revenue enablement and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your ability to craft strategic sales plans is complemented by your excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about empowering teams to achieve peak performance.
Experience in the sales enablement sector is a plus, as is familiarity with subscription-based business models. You are comfortable using CRM tools and have a data-driven approach to decision-making. A background in training or onboarding solutions would also be beneficial, as it aligns with Mindtickle's mission to enhance revenue productivity.
