HealthVerity is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy and sales enablement for their life sciences data and technology portfolio. You'll craft product narratives and partner with Product and Sales teams to drive adoption and growth. This role requires deep B2B product marketing experience in life sciences or data-driven healthcare.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in product marketing, particularly in the B2B sector, with a strong focus on life sciences or data-driven healthcare. Your strategic storytelling skills enable you to articulate product value effectively to diverse audiences, including buyers, users, and key opinion leaders. You thrive in fast-paced enterprise environments and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Your expertise in product positioning and messaging allows you to develop clear narratives that differentiate HealthVerity's offerings from competitors. You have a proven track record of conducting value-proposition testing and refining messaging frameworks based on customer feedback and data insights. You understand the nuances of the healthcare market and can tailor your approach to meet the needs of various stakeholders.

You are adept at building and executing go-to-market strategies, having successfully managed product launches and expansions in previous roles. Your ability to identify target markets, personas, and segments ensures that your marketing efforts are focused and effective. You are skilled in managing cross-functional launch readiness, ensuring that all teams are aligned and prepared for successful product introductions.

Your experience in sales enablement equips you to provide sales teams with the necessary tools, pitch decks, case studies, and competitive insights. You lead regular training sessions to ensure that the sales team is well-prepared to communicate product value and handle objections effectively. You are passionate about driving adoption and growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Desirable

Experience in data-driven healthcare marketing or a strong understanding of life sciences will set you apart. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms will enhance your ability to measure the success of your campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

You will conduct value-proposition testing to refine messaging frameworks based on customer feedback and data insights. Your ability to identify target markets and develop audience-specific go-to-market plays will be crucial in driving product adoption and growth. You will also equip the sales team with the necessary tools and insights to effectively communicate product value and handle objections.

Regular collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you manage launch readiness and ensure that all marketing materials are consistent and aligned with the overall strategy. You will lead training sessions for the sales team, providing them with the resources they need to succeed in the market.
