Who you are
You have a strong background in sales engineering, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a B2B environment where you've successfully bridged technical solutions with customer needs. Your expertise in AI applications and sales operations allows you to understand and articulate complex business problems effectively. You thrive in consultative roles, where your ability to tailor technical storytelling to various personas, such as CMOs and Sales Leaders, is crucial. You are familiar with MEDDICC methodology and can leverage it to drive successful outcomes in sales engagements. Your technical depth enables you to build compelling demos and proof of concepts that resonate with potential clients. You are a proactive communicator, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development. You are passionate about using technology to solve real-world business challenges and are excited about the potential of AI in transforming sales and marketing workflows.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the technical and consultative bridge between HockeyStack’s AI-powered GTM platform and complex customer business problems. You will lead demo engineering efforts, showcasing the capabilities of our platform to potential clients. Building sandbox proof of concepts will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to demonstrate how our solutions can address specific pain points in marketing and sales. You will leverage MEDDICC to guide your sales process, ensuring that you understand customer needs and can articulate the value of our offerings effectively. Tailoring your technical storytelling to resonate with various personas will be essential, as you will engage with stakeholders across different levels of the organization. You will collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback from the field, ensuring that our solutions continue to evolve based on customer needs. Your role will also involve training and supporting sales teams, equipping them with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed in selling our AI-driven solutions. As HockeyStack continues to grow, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and driving revenue growth.
