Manager, Program Operations – Vendor & Fulfillment

Who you are

You have over 8 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain leadership — you've successfully navigated complex environments and have a proven track record of driving operational excellence. Your experience working with 3PLs or vendors in a performance-driven environment has equipped you with the skills to manage relationships effectively and ensure high standards of service delivery.

Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills allow you to use metrics to guide decisions — you thrive on simplifying complexity and improving processes to deliver reliable outcomes. Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills are second nature to you, enabling you to collaborate effectively with various teams across the organization.

With at least 2 years of people management experience, you have led operational or program teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Your background in operational fulfillment, asset management, or hardware deployment programs has given you a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in managing these processes.

You have experience leading process improvement initiatives or scaling operational programs — you are adept at developing standard operating procedures and corrective action plans across multiple service providers. Your knowledge of logistics market trends, rate structures, and warehouse operations positions you as a valuable asset in optimizing fulfillment strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a global team of Program Managers and Regional Supplier Managers, driving operational excellence across asset management programs and strategic vendor partnerships. You will be responsible for managing operational fulfillment for site-level needs across supported business groups, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

You will conduct market analysis on fulfillment, warehousing, and logistics rates to inform planning and cost optimization — your insights will help shape the strategic direction of the organization. Partnering with IT, Logistics, Finance, and other cross-functional teams, you will support program roadmaps and resolve operational issues as they arise.

Your leadership will be crucial in simplifying complex processes and improving overall operational efficiency. You will implement best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement within your team, ensuring that all members are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
