Chime is seeking a Product Operations Manager for AI Enablement to oversee the strategy and implementation of AI tools. You'll collaborate with various teams to enhance productivity through AI solutions. This role requires a blend of technical and people-oriented skills.
You have a strong background in product operations, ideally with experience in AI or technology-driven environments. You understand the importance of creating effective systems that empower teams to work smarter and faster. Your ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions is a key asset, and you thrive in collaborative settings where you can connect various stakeholders.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively liaise between Product, Engineering, Security, and Legal teams. Your empathetic approach helps you understand the needs of different departments, ensuring that the AI tools you manage are both safe and effective. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for defining standards that enhance the onboarding and evaluation of new tools.
Your experience includes managing vendor relationships and overseeing tool portfolios, ensuring that the tools in use deliver real value to the organization. You are systems-minded, capable of assessing the effectiveness of AI tools and making data-driven decisions to improve their usage across the company.
Experience with AI tools and their implementation in a corporate setting is a plus. Familiarity with vendor management and enterprise software solutions will help you excel in this role. A background in technical program management will also be beneficial as you navigate the complexities of AI adoption.
In this role, you will own Chime’s enterprise AI tool ecosystem, managing everything from vendor relationships to tool evaluations. You will define and evolve the Common AI Tool Standards, ensuring that all tools meet the necessary criteria for safety and effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include overseeing licenses, renewals, and access for existing tools, as well as determining which tools should be added or sunset.
You will act as the connective tissue between various teams, bringing rigor and experimentation to the process of scaling AI adoption. Your role will involve measuring the effectiveness of AI tools and communicating their value to stakeholders across the organization. You will also be responsible for developing strategies that enhance productivity through AI, ensuring that all Chimers have access to the best tools available.
Chime offers a competitive salary starting at $157,590 and going up to $218,900, depending on your experience and qualifications. Full-time employees are also eligible for bonuses and a competitive equity package, along with comprehensive benefits.
