Grafana • APAC (Remote)
Grafana is hiring a People Business Partner for a 12-month contract to support teams across the APAC region. You'll work closely with managers and leaders to deliver a high-quality people experience. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
You have experience in people operations or human resources, ideally in a tech or remote-first environment — you understand the nuances of supporting diverse teams across different regions and cultures. You thrive in a collaborative setting and enjoy working closely with managers to enhance the employee experience. You are adaptable and can handle a variety of tasks, from employee onboarding to performance management, with a focus on creating a positive workplace culture.
You possess strong communication skills — you can articulate ideas clearly and build trust with colleagues at all levels. You are comfortable using data to inform decisions and understand the importance of aligning people strategies with business goals. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are not afraid to suggest innovative solutions to enhance team dynamics.
Experience in a remote-first company is a plus, as is familiarity with tools that facilitate remote collaboration. A background in organizational development or talent management would be beneficial, as you will be involved in initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention.
As a People Business Partner at Grafana, you will support teams across the APAC region, ensuring that employees have a consistent and high-quality experience.
