You are comfortable using data to inform decisions and understand the importance of aligning people strategies with business goals. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are not afraid to suggest innovative solutions to enhance team dynamics.

What you'll do

As a People Business Partner at Grafana, you will support teams across the APAC region, ensuring that employees have a consistent and high-quality experience. You will partner with managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on people-related matters, from recruitment to employee development. You will help implement HR initiatives that align with the company's goals and culture, fostering an environment of transparency and trust.

You will be involved in various projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction — this includes conducting surveys, analyzing feedback, and collaborating with leadership to address any concerns. You will also play a key role in onboarding new employees, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed from day one.

In addition, you will assist in performance management processes, helping managers set clear expectations and provide constructive feedback. You will work closely with the recruitment team to identify talent needs and support the hiring process, ensuring that Grafana attracts and retains top talent.
