Pleo is seeking a People Operations Specialist to enhance employee experience and manage HR inquiries. You'll be responsible for addressing employee needs and improving operational processes. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

You have experience in people operations or HR, ideally in a fast-paced environment where you’ve managed multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously. You understand the importance of employee engagement and are passionate about creating a positive workplace culture. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively address employee needs and concerns. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that all HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve common goals. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a variety of HR inquiries, ensuring that employees receive timely and accurate information. You will draft employment verification letters and respond to questions about company policies, such as parental leave. You will work closely with the HR team to streamline processes and improve the overall efficiency of the people operations function. You will also assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company. Additionally, you will contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction, helping to foster a positive workplace culture. You will be involved in data management and reporting, ensuring that all employee information is up-to-date and accurate.
