You understand the intricacies of model optimization techniques, including quantization and distillation, and have a track record of improving model performance while maintaining efficiency. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing Nuro's autonomy stack using advanced optimization techniques — you will collaborate with autonomy engineers to validate and deploy large language models that enhance the capabilities of self-driving robots. You will develop and maintain a world-class model compiler framework, ensuring that the models are not only efficient but also reliable for safe navigation on the road. Your work will involve writing high-quality software that integrates seamlessly with existing systems, increasing the confidence in the vehicle's operational capabilities. You will also engage in designing robust and scalable model pipelines that support the entire machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment.
