Who you are

You are an enthusiastic and energetic individual looking to start your career in the automotive industry. You possess a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years of age, ready to take on the responsibilities of inspecting vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns. You are physically capable of operating vehicle equipment and tools, able to lift up to 60 pounds independently, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, even in varying weather conditions. You understand the importance of maintaining positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors, and you are committed to regular and predictable attendance.

What you'll do

As an Entry-Level Lot Attendant at Carvana, you will be responsible for ensuring that each vehicle is thoroughly inspected for any mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic issues. You will wash and vacuum all inventory regularly, ensuring that the vehicles are presented in the best possible condition. Completing multi-point inspections on arriving inventory will be a key part of your role, which includes checking fuel levels, safety features, and conducting drivability tests. You will interact and communicate with team members and management across all lines of the business, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
