What you'll do

In this role, you will design, build, and maintain the production agent systems that power AskGP, Guidepoint's conversational AI assistant. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of the systems that directly impact client experience and decision-making. Your work will involve collaborating with product teams to enhance the capabilities of AskGP, expanding its functionalities beyond question answering to support automation across client workflows. You will integrate these systems with various internal and external platforms, ensuring seamless operations and high performance. You will also monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to optimize the delivery of services. Your contributions will play a crucial role in how clients discover insights and make informed decisions based on validated AI-powered research.
