As a Manager within the Inside Account Management team, you will oversee a group of 8-10 Success Managers, 1-2 Senior Success Managers, and 1 Team Lead. Your primary focus will be on managing the entry-level merchant cohort, ensuring they receive the support and guidance needed to succeed. You will develop strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction, working closely with your team to implement best practices in account management. You will analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives that promote merchant growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you work to align account management efforts with broader company goals. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team, providing them with the tools and resources necessary to excel in their roles. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
