Cabify is seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to drive data-driven decisions within the marketing team. You'll leverage SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau, Google BigQuery, and Amazon Redshift to maximize digital traffic sources. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in managing large volumes of data.
You have 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Data Analyst, where you've honed your skills in data analysis and visualization. Your expertise in SQL allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, ensuring that your insights drive impactful marketing decisions. You are familiar with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau, and understand how to present complex data in an accessible manner. Your experience with data warehouses, specifically Google BigQuery and Amazon Redshift, equips you to handle diverse data sources and optimize data retrieval processes. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with engineering teams to implement data-driven strategies. You are passionate about improving customer engagement through data insights and have experience with CRM platforms like Braze, which you use to analyze campaign performance and audience interactions.
Experience with agile methodologies is a plus, as you appreciate the importance of iterative processes in data projects. Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and analytics tools will help you excel in this role, as you will be tasked with maximizing the return on digital traffic sources. You are a proactive learner, always seeking to expand your knowledge in data analytics and marketing strategies.
In this role, you will lead technical data projects autonomously, ensuring that the marketing team makes informed decisions based on solid data analysis. You will conduct in-depth analyses to size the impact of various marketing flows and communications, providing actionable insights to decision-makers. Your work will involve collaborating with a team of SQL and data visualization specialists, where you will share knowledge and resources to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making. You will also be responsible for managing and analyzing data from multiple sources, including digital networks and customer engagement platforms, to enhance marketing strategies. Your contributions will directly influence the effectiveness of CRM campaigns managed through Braze, allowing the marketing team to connect with different audiences more effectively. You will take pride in working with one of the largest Tableau Server platforms in Europe, where you will create powerful visualizations and self-service data sources that make data accessible to the entire company.
