Amazon is seeking a Senior GenAI / Agentic AI Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through innovative AI solutions. You'll leverage your technical AI knowledge to support customers in adopting cloud technologies. This role requires strong sales acumen and a customer-centric approach.
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on AI and cloud computing. Your experience includes developing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, guiding customers through complex sales cycles, and achieving sales targets. You possess a deep understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies, which allows you to translate technical concepts into clear business value for clients. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with diverse stakeholders to ensure customer success and satisfaction. Your customer-centric approach is complemented by your ability to create thoughtful account plans and territory strategies that align with internal teams.
Experience in the Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) region is a plus, as is familiarity with foundation models and large language models (LLMs). You are comfortable communicating technical concepts with clarity and have a proven track record of contributing to long-term customer success. Your ability to build sustainable pipelines and identify opportunities for AI adoption will set you apart in this role.
In this role, you will support the achievement of sales targets by developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline and guiding customers through end-to-end sales cycles, from discovery through agreement. You will create thoughtful account plans and territory strategies in partnership with internal teams, while maintaining accurate forecasting to ensure the best results for our customers. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including technical teams, to ensure that customer needs are met and that they successfully adopt AI technologies at scale. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for AI adoption and guiding customers through their journeys, ensuring they realize the full potential of AWS solutions.
