You are looking for an entry-level position in the automotive industry and are eager to join a fast-growing company like Carvana. You possess a valid driver's license and are able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently. You thrive in a production environment and can adapt to changing conditions, including exposure to various weather elements. You are at least 18 years old and are ready to take on the responsibilities of moving vehicles within the Inspection Centers.
While no specific skills are required, having a basic understanding of vehicle operations and safety protocols would be beneficial. A willingness to learn and grow within the company is highly valued.
As a Lot Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to move vehicles from one department to another within our Inspection Centers. You will ensure that vehicles are positioned correctly for inspection and detailing, contributing to the overall efficiency of the operations. You will also assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lot, ensuring that vehicles are easily accessible for the team. Your role may involve working closely with other team members, including Detailers and Inspection Associates, to ensure a smooth workflow.
You will be trained on the use of safety equipment, which may include face shields, goggles, gloves, and other protective garments. This training will help you understand the importance of safety in the workplace and how to effectively use the tools and equipment necessary for your role. You will be part of a team that values collaboration and communication, working together to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.
