Dandy is seeking a Senior Recruiter for University Recruiting to shape their early-career pipeline by attracting top talent from universities and boot camps. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in recruiting, particularly in university or campus environments — you understand the nuances of attracting early-career talent and have experience building relationships with universities and student organizations. You thrive in environments where you can make a visible impact on company growth and enjoy collaborating with hiring teams to create effective recruiting strategies. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders alike.

You are adaptable and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously — you understand the importance of creating scalable processes for recruiting across various teams. Your experience in developing campus engagement strategies, such as info sessions and career fairs, sets you apart as a candidate who can drive results in a fast-paced environment. You are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and understand the importance of diversity in recruitment.

Desirable

Experience in a high-growth startup environment would be beneficial — you are familiar with the challenges and opportunities that come with rapid expansion. A background in technical recruiting is a plus, as you will be responsible for attracting candidates for both technical and non-technical roles. You are proactive in seeking out innovative ways to engage with potential candidates and are comfortable using data to inform your recruiting strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for interns and early-career candidates, ensuring a seamless experience from application to onboarding. You will build strong partnerships with universities, career centers, and student organizations to create a robust pipeline of talent. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing campus engagement strategies, managing relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring that the recruiting process is efficient and effective.

You will collaborate closely with the People team to create a high-velocity recruiting engine that meets the needs of the organization as it grows. This includes creating scalable processes for college recruiting and managing relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and expectations. You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing recruiting metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of your strategies.
