Regenxbio is seeking a Head of Commercial Enablement to lead the strategy and execution of field operations and commercial enablement. This role requires collaboration across various functions to ensure operational excellence and market performance.
You have a strong background in commercial enablement and field operations, with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve operational excellence. Your experience includes overseeing commercial supply chain planning and implementing CRM and field technology platforms. You are skilled in developing training and incentive programs that drive performance analytics and enhance field effectiveness. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with teams across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Medical Affairs to ensure seamless alignment from demand forecasting to field execution.
You are a strategic thinker who can design and execute initiatives that ensure launch readiness and sustained market performance. Your leadership style fosters trust and accountability, and you are committed to driving innovation within your team. You understand the importance of customer engagement and are adept at using performance analytics to inform decision-making.
Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is a plus, as is familiarity with commercial supply chain processes. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on strategic goals. A background in data analysis and performance metrics will enhance your ability to drive results.
As the Head of Commercial Enablement, you will lead the strategy and execution of field operations to ensure that the organization is prepared for product launches and can maintain operational excellence. You will oversee the development and implementation of commercial supply chain planning processes, ensuring that all aspects of the supply chain are aligned with market demands. Your role will involve managing CRM and field technology platforms to enhance customer engagement and drive field effectiveness.
You will design and implement training programs that equip the field teams with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. This includes developing incentive programs that motivate and reward high performance. You will analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that enhance overall effectiveness.
Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will partner with various departments to ensure that all teams are aligned in their efforts.
